DIY  Chain Necklace Hair Accessory. Hair clip, bobby pins and chains. This is so much easier to put together than it looks and could be done in different ways to dress it up ie pearls strands, or weaving ribbon, embroidery floss or fabric through the chains, etc… Tutorial from The Beauty Department here. EDIT: thank you tullesthephoto for the idea of weaving color strands into the chain!
